Inside the redeveloped Palazzo Pertusati, now Spiga 26, restaurant “Il Baretto” finds its new location in the Milan Fashion District with a project that refers to a London club’s style.
The internal environment is characterized by a warm and reserved atmosphere, with dark wood boiserie on the walls, Scottish checked carpet floor, a corner bar, internal walls in wood and glass and a double-sided fireplace that separates the two rooms overlooking the green dehors that welcomes guests as they enter.
Plan takes care of the design of the electrical and mechanical systems, a project that proves to be articulated right from the early stages given the surrounding context, the need to respect the characteristic architectural language of the venue and the need to guarantee high standards performance to the rooms that make up the restaurant, with particular attention to the kitchen, dining room, private area and the pantries and ancillary rooms located in the basement.
In the construction phase, as Plant Works Management, the collaboration and coordination with the different and multiple figures involved in the construction of the works was fundamental for the success of the project.
